Recently, Zillow (which also owns Trulia and HotPads) lost their contract with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS, and many Boards throughout the United States. This means that when a REALTOR posts a home for rent or sale online, the home does not automatically upload to Zillow, Trulia, and their other affiliated sites. The REALTOR must create an account with Zillow and upload the home seperately, which many Agents do not do. Additionally, the Agent must log in and make changes any time the price, status, or other information changes (which is easy to overlook).
