To Bev has been a part of our team since November 2005. She joined Wakefield Realtors with over 24 years of supervisory experience in all phases of multi-family property management, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Bev was a Regional Property Manager in the apartment industry immediately preceding her joining the Wakefield Realtors team.
She handles and oversees all resident and owner relations, new owner property acquisitions, final application approvals, lease renewal approvals, owner approvals, make ready production, maintenance coordination for service requests, accounts payable, move out inspections, rental collections, legal processes, and general office management to include overseeing all of Wakefield Realtors daily operations.
She received her designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management for Accredited Resident Manager in 1986.

Breanna re-joined us in December 2024 bringing with her over 9 years of customer service experience. She previously was our Field Agent reviewing properties and is back in a promoted role. Breanna brings her expertise, enthusiasm, and passion for customer service to our team. With a keen eye for detail and commitment to helping our clients find the perfect space. She is responsible for our lease renewals and the marketing of our available properties for rent. Breanna processes all of our rental applications and assists our licensed agents with comparative market analyses for pricing, contract production and administration. She visits our newly leased properties to ensure they are ready for our new tenants and handles the internal processing of our property reviews. Yo Hablo Español!

Kyndle joined our team in early May 2024 with over 6 years of customer service, marketing, and advertising experience. She is usually the first voice you will hear when calling our office. Kyndle is always very willing to help as needed in any capacity. She is responsible to administer all lease, City, and HOA violations. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio in May, 2023. She assists with duties and responsibilities providing administrative support and communications to ensure efficient operations of the office.

Lety joined our team in November 2023 with over 20 years of experience in all realms of customer service. She performs the property reviews with our residents for the follow-up after move in, the pre-renewal inspections, the multi-year inspections and month-to-month reviews. She also assists with property takeover inspections. Her visits include photographing each room to document the condition for the owners we represent.
