Has the Real Estate market recovered since COVID?

Business is booming! We are in a HOT market right now. If you have been thinking about buying or selling a home, now is the time!

Below is a snapshot of all Bexar County sales statistics from the 4th quarter of 2019 (October – December).

As you can see, the market is doing substantially better in 2020 than 2019, before COVID was even known to exist in the United States. We definitely had a slow-down in the Spring of 2020 during the “stay at home” orders, but that fog has seemed to clear and people are getting antsy to move!
