Bev has 34 years experience in property management with an A.R.M. (Accredited Resident Manager) designation through IREM since 1986. Bev is responsible for our contractual relationships with our tenants and property owners, as well as the upkeep of the properties we manage. She oversees property repairs, maintenance and improvements, payment arrangements, legal issues, and code compliance citations.

Andria is responsible for general office administration and she is often the first person you will speak to when you call or come into our office. She provides information to prospective tenants when they call with interest in one of our rental properties and she coordinates internal showings with our leasing agents. Amanda is responsible for our lease renewals and processes our residential lease applications. Amanda also assists our licensed agents with contract production and administration. Amanda’s background is in customer service experience and she is always ready to assist our tenants and property owners.

Anna is a licensed REALTOR and is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of our rental properties. She joined Wakefield, REALTORS with 11 years experience in business administration and accounting. Over her years in business, she has developed strong organizational, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Lindsay Perkins, Office Coordinator

Lindsay came to work for us after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2014 and she helps with the day-to-day operations of the office. She also handles our website, online presence and marketing of our company as a whole. Lindsay is a licensed REALTOR who is available to help you buy, sell, or rent a home.
Christy Godines, Realtor/Leasing Agent

Christy is a licensed REALTOR who came to Wakefield after years of apartment leasing, in hopes of growing her career in Real Estate. Christy shows our homes to prospective tenants, and assists them in the start-to-finish application process. She prepares each lease and reviews it with our new tenants as a part of their initial orientation to Wakefield. She also performs our property reviews and works with each tenant to ensure they remain in compliance with the provisions of their lease. Christy provides a strong presence for Wakefield, REALTORS in the field.
Charli Bruner, Accounting

Charli has over 12 years of experience in database management as well as office management. She is responsible for all receivables and payables for Wakefield REALTORS property management, which includes tenant ledgers, owner income and expense statements, and vendor payables. Charli also handles the financial matters involving the Housing Authority.
Derlin Gomez, Realtor/Marketing Manager

Derlin is a licensed REALTOR who assists new tenants moving into our rental homes, meeting each tenant at the home to turn over the keys and remotes, and to familiarize the residents with the property. He also handles the marketing of our rental properties and sets rental amounts based upon market analyses. Derlin is also experienced with buyer and seller representation and is available to assist our tenants with transitioning to home ownership.
