Bev Acriche, Property Manager

Bev has been a part of our team since November 2005. She joined us with over 25 years experience in multi-family property management with an A.R.M. (Accredited Resident Manager) designation through IREM since 1986. Bev is responsible for our contractual relationships with our tenants and property owners, as well as the coordination of all facets of property turns from tenant move-out through property make ready. She oversees property repairs, maintenance and improvements, as well as general management operations.
Allison Murphy, Receptionist

Allison joined us as receptionist in March 2018. Allison is usually the first person you will speak to when you call or come into our office. She provides information to prospective tenants when they call with interest in one of our rental properties and she coordinates internal showings with our leasing agents. Allison also works with all team members to provide clerical support and to ensure the office administration runs smoothly.

Sharon has been a part of our team since July 2003. She came to Wakefield, REALTORS with over 25 years experience in business management. Sharon is responsible for office processes and procedures, staffing, and she handles tenant and owner escalations.
Amanda Walkup, Leasing Coordinator

Amanda joined us in July 2015 in general office administration. She consistently gained additional responsibilities through January 2017 when she assumed the role of Leasing Coordinator. In her new role, Amanda is responsible for our lease renewals and processes our residential lease applications. She also assists our licensed agents with contract production and administration, including lease violations. Amanda’s background is in customer service and she is always ready to assist our tenants and property owners.
Melanie Uranga, Repairs Coordinator

Melanie joined our team in May 2017 when she assumed responsibility for the repairs and maintenance of our rental properties. She joined Wakefield, REALTORS with over 4 years experience in customer service where she specialized in multi-family property management for the last three. Her strong administrative and coordination skills provide a great foundation for providing excellent service to our property owners and to the tenants who live in the rental homes we manage. Melanie also assists new tenants moving into our rental homes, meeting each new tenant at the home to turn over keys and familiarize them with the property.
Lindsay Perkins, Office Coordinator

Lindsay worked during summers throughout her high school years and joined us full-time in February 2015 after graduating from Texas A&M. Lindsay became a licensed REALTOR in February 2016 and can assist you with the purchase, sale, or lease of a property. Lindsay also handles the marketing of our rental properties and sets rental amounts based upon competitive market analysis.Additionally, she maintains our website and marketing of our company overall.
Christy Godines, Realtor/Leasing Agent

Christy joined us in July 2015. She is a licensed REALTOR who shows our homes to prospective tenants, and assists them in the start-to-finish application process. She prepares each lease and reviews it with our new tenants as a part of their initial orientation to Wakefield. She also performs our property reviews and works with each tenant to ensure they remain in compliance with the provisions of their lease. Christy provides a strong presence for Wakefield, REALTORS in the field. She is working to grow her career in Real Estate and will gladly assist you in selling your home or with your new home purchase!
Charli Bruner, Accounting

Charli joined us in January 2010. She brought over 23 years of experience in database management with the most recent four years in office management. Charli is responsible for all receivables and payables for Wakefield, REALTORS property management, which includes tenant ledgers, owner income and expense statements, and vendor payables. She also sets up and maintains all tenant and owner accounts in our property management database and works with the team to ensure database integrity.
